I will enter your specific criteria for a house search into Metrolist; it’s a reliable site used only by agents. The most current listings will be emailed to both of us and we’ll be alerted to homes that are relevant to your needs and desires. We’ll also talk about the best days and times for you to view houses, what is involved with making an offer and how negotiations work. It is important for me to share the best strategies to get your offer accepted, and to go under contract. You'll learn about house inspections, time frames, and what happens at the closing table. I will encourage you to ask lots of questions. I want you to be as informed as possible when you decide to make an offer!
